Free Lunch

2025 - Erving, MA

Free Lunch started out as a contest to see who could climb this scary dead tree to the top. We then added a soup pot to the mix and the game was afoot.

This sculpture consists of a manually adjusted tree, topped and partially debarked. Resting near the top is a large metal soup pot that is slowly filling with water/life/whatever.
The only way you can see the entirety of the sculpture is to climb the tree and look into the pot.

Now, not all of our days and nights are filled with shipping coconuts. We also have time to dream.
