2025 Politics

Politics is a battle of definitions, and we're in a time right now when people in power are defining things in ways that much of the country disagree with.

Because we are a society, and the people in power have power, they get to make these definitions.

The people who oppose those definitions or who disagree in any way have no choice but to accept that the rest of society is using these false definitions, and fight over semantics instead of fighting for rights.

But the real solution is to drop out of that society entirely!

When you are on the losing side of a fight you really have a few choices, you can stay and fight or you can choose to fight no more...that doesn't mean conceding your viewpoint or changing your opinions, only that for self-preservation you choose to walk away. 

Sure, if given an opportunity to truly effect change, then by all means chase it with wild fervor, but if you are just one more ork, no need to argue over the plight of the ents, better to live purely and quietly.
