The Leavings

The leavings is a theatrical immersion installation where actors stand at doorways in separate rooms and say goodbye to you in the way they would in various contexts.

In one room it's a nice sweet old lady saying goodbye. Have a safe time. I love you. Maybe she'll give you a cookie and then you move to the next room over

 and the actor is a young man screaming at you to get out and to get out and that he hates you and he can't believe what you did to him 

and each interaction is scheduled to be only 10 seconds long, 

but you get so many of them back to back that it's psychologically affects you
